ORDERING INFORMATION:

To place an order with Marcia’s Munchies, follow these steps:

  1. Pre-Orders Only: Ensuring that each sourdough or sourdough based bread is baked to perfection just for you.
  2. Pickup Details: Freshly baked loaves are available for pickup on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
  3. Order Deadline: To secure your delectable sourdough, pre-order 36 hours in advance.
  4. Order Placement: Visit our website and proceed to the ‘Order’ section.

PICKUP PROCEDURE:

On your designated pickup day, your sourdough will be conveniently bagged and ready at Marcia’s Munchies 1209 Pacific Ave., Beachwood, NJ. To ensure a seamless experience please arrive in time and stay in your car this is a curb-side pick-up. Please remember orders must be picked up on time to avoid donation.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

  •  Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery services. Unless the order is large of bread and other baked goods.
  • Shipping options are not available at this time. By the state of New Jersey we cottage food operators are not allowed to ship.

GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS:

Regrettably, we do not provide gluten-free sourdough at this time. For gluten-sensitive customers, please refer to our information on the digestibility of our authentic sourdough.

SOURDOUGH DIGESTIBILITY:

Our traditional, slow-made sourdough boasts enhanced digestibility compared to mass-produced alternatives. The meticulous process of fermentation, coupled with the use of organically grown and milled flour, results in a product that is easier on the stomach and offers better nutrient absorption.

FRESHNESS TIPS:

To keep your sourdough fresh, avoid refrigeration. Store at room temperature in a breathable environment for 24-36 hours. Freeze successfully for prolonged freshness.

MENU & COTTAGE FOOD OPERATION:

  • Our menu remains consistent, with occasional specialty seasonal additions.
  • As a Cottage Food Operation (CFO) in New Jersey, we adhere to state laws, providing homemade products directly to consumers.

REFUND POLICY:

Your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds or returns are not accepted for order cancellations or non-pickup. However, we consider refunds or replacements for defective products or immediately filled canceled spots.
