French Macarons are made from scratch. The ingredients consist of almond flour, sugars and egg whites and these can be colored in many different hues. They are delicate sandwich filled cookies crispy on the outside and chewy in the inside which melts in your mouth. These are little almond delights a meringue cookie not to be confused with coconut macarons cookies. You can fill them with jams, ganache or buttercreams.
French Macarons are naturally gluten-free since they are made from nut flour and not wheat flour. ****However they are not safe for those who have a nut allergy!!!****
These have a shelf life of three days. However if stored in an airtight storage container they can last a week in the refrigerator and frozen up to two weeks.
These are great for coffee or tea. Great for parties and/or dessert tables or just as a beautiful gift for the any occasion!!!
