What goes into my breads?

Great question!

In crafting our bread, I prioritize quality and purity. Handmade in small batches, I exclusively use organic, seasonal, and ethically sourced ingredients, favoring local options. Each loaf undergoes a minimum 20-hour fermentation with a sourdough culture. No conditioners or preservatives are added. The natural fermentation process enhances digestibility and taste.

The highest quality of ingredients such as; bread flour, salt, organic jalapeños, cheddar, sun-dried tomatoes, and filtered water.
