Payments can be made by Zelle, PayPal, Cash, or Credit Card. Cash is only accepted in person, not through mail or dropped off at mailbox. ❌ NO CHECKS

Client Contract -Deposit Required
Your order becomes reserved only when a 50% booking retainer is received. This is paid to reserve your date and is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation. Orders are first come first serve and I only do a limited number per week. However, if you need to change dates or move your event, please contact me and I’ll be happy to make accommodating arrangements to the best of my abilities.
The final balance is due prior to pick up or delivery. If you place an order less than two weeks before the event date, the total amount is due immediately and your order will not be placed until payment is received. Orders will not be provided if final payment is not made.
Please return any stands, plates, or other decor to Marcia’s Munchies NJ no later than two weeks after your event. A deposit may be required for your rented items and will only be refunded after items have been returned.
Cookies, Cakes, Cupcakes & Edible Topper – Changes
Changes to your order: size, description, flavors, etc. will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the event date. Within that time frame period I may not guarantee I will be able to accommodate any changes.
Pickup/Delivery and Set-up
Delivery is a minimum of $30 within a 25-mile radius of Marcia’s Munchies NJ. There will be an increase in delivery charge based on mileage further than 25 miles. Unforeseen delays in transit are not grounds for discount or refund. If you plan to pick up your cake, please make arrangements beforehand. Once a pickup time is confirmed, I cannot guarantee my availability should you not arrive within a reasonable time window of 30 minutes.
Orders cancelled prior to 14 days of the event date can be refunded up to 50% of balance paid. The 50% retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations after the 14-day period will not be refunded. If something should occur to affect your scheduled event date, please contact me to discuss options. Communication is key! I will work hard to accommodate your needs.
Marcia’s Munchies NJ reserves the right to use any photographs of the finished product for promotion without compensation.
My home is not allergen free-it contains nuts, wheat, dairy, and egg products. I cannot eliminate cross contamination, although, I will do my best to prevent it. You agree that by hiring Marcia’s Munchies NJ you will not hold us responsible for any allergic reactions. Please be sure to advise any and all guests about allergies/sensitivities.
I promise to do everything in my power to deliver you a product that exceeds your expectations. I will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your order. The inspiration and ideas provided are presented as representations of the final product. The actual product may vary based on creative interpretation or structural necessity, while maintaining the integrity of the overall look. Marcia’s Munchies NJ cannot be held responsible for anything that should happen to your order once delivery or pickup is complete. Please note that direct sunlight and temperatures of 75 degrees and higher may have drastic and adverse effects on cakes, cookies, etc.
Disclaimer: In the case of an emergency or an error in your delivery, please contact me immediately so I can fix the issue right away! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me the day of your event and explain the situation. Without proof that you are indeed unhappy and will not be using the product for your event.
By paying for this order, you agree that certain creative changes may be made to your final design for the sake of stability, structural integrity, or other certain emergencies. By paying for this order, it is an act of signing this contract that is fully legal and binding.
